I cannot fault Addenbrookes hospital in anyway, shape of form. All the staff from the doors of the A & E, the staff at both of the wards I was admitted to, the theatre doctors and staff, were absolutely brilliant. The care and compassion I received was world class. None of the staff ignored me, they were there when I needed them, they were kind and caring at all times. Honestly Addenbrookes Hospital your staff are very precious, and the care I received was next to none. Thank you all at Addenbrookes Hospital. God bless.

Good care, knowledgeable staff, high cleaning standards - parking could be cheaper though.

I have always found the hospital to be well run and efficient. The staff are very polite and attentive The toilets and waiting areas are kept clean and there are plenty of sanitising stations

Mr John Crawford, was amazing throughout my whole experience from the start to now being discharge! He was there to answer every question I had and also spoke about everything leading up to the surgery and after the surgery! Even though I had spinal surgery. I never felt more safe and content being in his hands! I was a very happy patient and would do it again! Mr Crawford was amazing surgeon. And my spinal has never felt so straight!! I’m honestly just overwhelm how it came out and how brilliant my scar looks and my X-rays! I am so pleased with my spine now when I used feel so insecure, I know love showing it off. All done to Mr Crawford!! Honestly AMAZING! I’m so happy with everything!!

I was admitted as an emergency in April 2020 and ended up on the bowel ward for a week. The respect and kindness I was shown by all the staff who were looking after me was incredible. I wasn't allowed to see family because of covid and the staff couldn't have been kinder. Considering we were at the height of the first pandemic and it must have been so stressful for staff I can't thank them enough.
